When I was a very young child, I took an unusual interest in historical markers, always asking the grown-up with me to slow down so that we could read the signs. As my own children grew, they began calling them hysterical markers, because they say that I became hysterical everytime I saw one! Not exactly true, but close! And so Hysterical Markers Blog has been born. A recent class project brought many new markers from our local area to our attention! Thanks students - great job!
